I came across this nice open stitch lacy scarf/shawl pattern I thought was just perfect for all seasons just by changing the type of yarn…The blueish one using a thick homespun yarn which is bulky and perfect for Winter and the peach shawl I used Caron Simply Soft which is very area and light perfect for Spring/Summer..Please excuse my shed that I see really needs painted LOL–very old
A family member was in needed of baby clothes asap since the baby was already born when we found out….So I whipped up four dresses and matching bloomer using up scrap baby yarn and scrap sock yarn.So the cost was just time..
A-Line Dress was based off this pattern I used a H hook just changed the skirt part by doing v-stitches vs in the round DC… last row I did 5 DC into each shell around. Across the neck area I chained 50 Dc using a F hook and attached to one side single crochet across and then ended with another chain 50 to allow these to be ties for the dress vs buttons….
Measured 14 inches in length from shoulder to end.
Bloomers I used baby sport weigh yarn and a I-hook for the waist rows before starting the v-stitches and reduced to an G hook for the v-stitches.
Measured 16 inches waist but ties to snug it tighter on baby & 6 inches in height…
FYI the pictures make bloomers look huge….
