I am starting early on wintertime wear for my friends little girl who could use to extra help keeping her daughter in cheap winter wear but yet fun and creative for a 3 year old plus on a budget…This poncho cost to me was zero I had then yarn laying around but price at most would have been $3 if I bought Red Heart Super Saver at say Micheal’s….

Using this Poncho Pattern which also has free skirt pattern too :O) this is what I was able to whip up….

Measurement are

14 inches long by 18 inches wide

Crocheted Baby Shrugs

Published September 7, 2016 by Jayashiangel

As I was surfing the net maybe even pin-interest site who knows I came across an idea for baby shrugs I have been looking high and low for one for over a year that I liked and bam I saw lots of picture but then an idea came to me use a baby sweater pattern I already like and just modify it the way I want to create the baby shrug…so what I did was follow the pattern until I finished the arm holes then I changed colors if I wanted to

Row 10 Chain 2, turn and Dc across in each stitch

Row 11 Chain 3, turn and then skip one stitch and then do 3 DC in same stitch then skip a stitch repeat when you get to the last 2 stitches skip one and end with a Dc in the last stitch

Row 12-  You can repeat row 11 or you can do a Chain 3, turn and then skip to the Center of the previous rows 3 DC and place a V-stitch into stitch (dc chain 1 dc) and repeat across ending the last 2 stitches skip one and end with a Dc in the last stitch finish off and weave in ends…

Ties: Chained 40 then attached with 2 single crochets in the top corner of the collar single crocheted across and added 2 single crochets in the top corner of the opposite end of the collar 2 single in corner and then chained 40 and finished off. I add knots into the end of the chain 40’s.Then cut your ends even of the chain 40’s…
